Vision for the remainder of 2025:
As we look ahead, MHA is committed to providing enhanced services and expanding our reach to better support the military homeschooling community. Here’s what’s on the horizon:

  • Enhanced Training Services:
We plan to expand our school liaison courses, workshops, and consultation services to better equip educational institutions in supporting military homeschooling families.
  • Mentorship Programs:
Our goal is to create mentorship programs for homeschool support group leaders, fostering a sustainable ecosystem of valuable support and resources. This will include setting up co-ops on military installations, MOUs with CYS/CYP, and building relationships with installation chaplains.
  • Consultations for Military Homeschoolers:
We recognize that military-connected families often need additional support when transitioning to homeschooling, especially for high school. Our goal is to provide personalized consultation services to guide families in their homeschooling journeys.
  • Standardizing Support Across Branches:
We aim to interface with the Department of Defense and other military organizations to standardize support and resources for homeschooling families across all branches, including the National Guard, Reserves, and Retirees.
  • Base2Base Military Homeschooling Podcast:
Our podcast will continue to assist families in navigating the complexities of military homeschooling by exploring resources available at various duty stations.
